Solidstar Cries Foul In Headies 2015 Nominees List

On Wednesday, September 30, The Headies Awards released its full nominees list for its 2015 edition with YBNL CEO, Olamide, nominated in eight categories, the most of any artist.

Achievas Records’ Solidstar has, however, complained about being nominated in only two categories – best music video and best reggae/dancehall single, saying he deserves more.

He said on Twitter that his musical efforts in the year in review deserved more recognition. Nevertheless, he thanked the organizers of the awards.

Thanks to Headies for recognising all the hardwork we put into making good music! 2 nominations, I deserve 1 for best collabo though!

Solidstar had also complained a few weeks ago when he was nominated at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards (NEA).
